Tasks & Workflows

This group covers how work gets tracked and automated in JOATOS:

• Tasks — a unified to-do list, fed from manual entry, alerts, expiries, and more.
• Workflows — an automation engine that runs approval-and-action sequences.
• Playbooks — reusable, step-by-step work instructions.

Workflows and Playbooks are optional modules (off by default); enable them under Settings → Modules.
