Network device monitoring

Switches, routers, firewalls, access points, and UPS units — polled via SNMP and vendor APIs (Aruba CX, MikroTik, UniFi, and more). Interface stats, PoE, VLANs, LLDP neighbours, and wireless summaries in one place.

Server monitoring

Linux via SSH, Windows via WMI or agent, Proxmox hypervisors with VM detection. CPU, memory, disk, services, event logs, installed packages, and Windows roles — with long-range stat rollups for capacity planning.

Endpoint management

Workstations and laptops enrolled via a lightweight .NET agent (Windows and macOS). Track software inventory, disk health, patch status, and vulnerabilities without opening WinRM to the internet.

Service health checks

HTTP, TCP, and ICMP checks for internal services and external websites. Configurable intervals, keyword matching, and response-time thresholds integrated with the alert engine.

Topology & dependencies

Map dependencies between sites, devices, servers, and services. Redundancy-aware status shows whether a failure is full, partial, or absorbed by failover — so on-call knows what actually matters.

Uptime monitoring

External website and endpoint checks run from the cloud API on configurable intervals. Track availability history and tie monitors directly into alert profiles.
