Your user profile
Your personal profile is where you manage your own details, password, and notification preferences. Open it by selecting your name at the bottom of the sidebar.
Account details
Edit your name, email, and phone. Your role (Admin, Editor, or Viewer) is shown but set by an administrator.
If your account is synced from an identity provider, these details are read-only and managed there instead.
Changing your password
For local accounts, the Change password section lets you set a new password — enter your current password, then the new one twice (minimum 8 characters). Accounts synced from an identity provider don't have a password to change here.
Notification preferences
Choose how you're told about your tasks:
- Task email — email me when I'm assigned a task or one is due soon.
- Task push (mobile) — push the same notifications to my mobile devices.
These save as you toggle them.
Notes & tips
- Everyone manages their own profile here — administrators manage other users under Managing users and roles.
- Keep your email current — it's where task and system emails go.
