Organization profile

Your organisation's profile sets its name, logo, and regional defaults. Edit it under Organization → Profile (admin only).

What you can set

• Organisation name — shown in the sidebar, browser title, and reports.
• Logo — upload a PNG, JPEG, SVG, or WebP.
• Default timezone — used for timestamps across the app.
• Default locale — regional formatting (English US, UK, Australia, Canada, or New Zealand).

Select Save Changes when you're done.

Read-only details

• The URL slug is fixed when the organisation is created and can't be edited — contact support if it must change.
• Plan and any trial end date are shown for reference; they're managed for you, not edited here.

Members, roles, and plan

The Organization hub also holds the Members and Roles & Permissions tabs — see Managing users and roles and Permission groups and access control — plus a read-only Plan & Billing view.

Notes & tips

• Set the timezone to your primary location so monitoring, alerts, and reports read correctly.
• The logo appears throughout the app and on reports — a clear, square image works best.
