Creating and managing dashboards
You can keep several dashboards — for example one overview and one per team or site — and switch between them from a tab bar.
Your default dashboard
Every organisation starts with an Overview dashboard, pre-filled with starter widgets (device status, server status, offline devices, server health, recent outages, and recent vulnerabilities). One dashboard is marked as the default and loads when you sign in.
Creating a dashboard
Select the + in the dashboard tab bar, type a name, and confirm. The new dashboard opens ready for you to add widgets.
Editing, renaming, and deleting
Switch on Edit mode to manage dashboards and their layout:
- Switch — select a dashboard's tab to make it active.
- Rename — select the pencil on a tab, type a new name, and confirm.
- Delete — select the trash on a tab and confirm. You must always keep at least one dashboard.
Select Done to leave Edit mode.
Notes & tips
- Layout changes save automatically — there's no separate Save button for arranging widgets.
- Create a focused dashboard per audience (e.g. a NOC board of status widgets) rather than crowding one.
