Organising sites into groups

Sites

If you manage many locations, groups let you organise and filter your sites — for example by region, customer, or environment. Groups are colour-coded and a site can belong to a group for quick filtering.

Creating a group

  1. On the Sites page, select Groups.
  2. In Manage Groups, enter a Group name.
  3. Pick a colour (blue, green, red, purple, orange, yellow, pink, or grey).
  4. Optionally add a description.
  5. Select Create group.

You can rename or delete groups from the same dialog — each group shows its colour, name, and how many sites it contains.

Assigning a site to a group

Each site on the list has a tag control. Select it to open the group list and tick the groups the site belongs to. Changes save immediately.

Filtering by group

When groups exist, filter pills appear above the site list: an All pill plus one per group. Select a pill to show only the sites in that group.

Notes & tips

  • Deleting a group doesn't delete its sites — it only removes the grouping.
  • Groups are purely organisational; they don't change monitoring or collection.
