Exporting the asset register
You can export your asset register to a spreadsheet for reporting, audits, or sharing.
Exporting to CSV
On the Register page, select Export CSV in the toolbar. JOATOS downloads the asset register as a CSV file you can open in any spreadsheet application.
The export reflects your current register — make, model, tag, serial, category, status, condition, location, purchase details, and more — one row per asset.
Notes & tips
- For richer, formatted, or scheduled asset reports (including warranty and other views), use the Reports module.
- Bulk CSV import of assets is planned for the web app; until it's available in the interface, add assets via Add Asset on the register. If you need to load a large existing inventory, contact your administrator.
