Knowledge Base

The Knowledge Base is an internal library of markdown articles — runbooks, how-tos, and reference notes — for your team. Articles have categories, tags, a status, version history, and full-text search. It's an optional module, off by default; enable it under Settings → Modules.

The Knowledge Base is for your staff (agents), and it ties into the Helpdesk so articles can be attached to and suggested on tickets.
