Running a report

The Reports page offers a set of ready-made reports drawn live from your data. This article covers viewing and downloading them.
Available reports
Each report appears as a card. They include:
- Inventory — Devices, Servers, Services, Software Catalog, Site Inventory Summary
- Licensing — All Licenses, Licenses Expiring Soon, End-of-Life Software
- Assets — Asset Register, Asset Warranties, Asset Contracts
- Security & operations — Open Vulnerabilities, Outage History
- Active Directory — Account & Computer Changes, Group Membership Changes, Logon & Lockout Activity
Viewing a report
Select View report on a card to open a formatted, printable page in a new tab (with a Save as PDF option via your browser's print dialog). Reports run live over your whole organisation's data — there are no filters to set; you get the current picture each time.
Downloading
Each card also has download buttons for CSV, Excel (XLSX), and PDF — see Export formats.
Notes & tips
- Some reports depend on their module being enabled (for example the AD reports need AD Audit).
- For a report you need regularly, set up a schedule instead of running it by hand.
